If you're seeing none of your saved Favorites

  • You're probably logged in under the wrong email address.
  • Favorites are saved to the account (email address) you are logged in under.
  • If you have (or had) a Premium subscription, you should be able to verify whether the email address is correct by checking your billing history here: https://www.surfline.com/account/subscription/

How to find the account with all your Favorites

  • Log out of the account you're logged in to and try another email address.
  • Plug any other emails that you own or share into the password reset link: https://www.surfline.com/forgot-password/
  • If you have a Premium subscription, contact support@surfline with the last 4 digits of the card we're charging, the name on the card, the expiry date of the card,

Even if you know the email address on your account, we need billing info to verify it belongs to you and manually grant access to the account.

- Tip: search your saved passwords.

If you're seeing some of your saved Favorites

We recently introduced a regional filter to help you organise the list.

- With a regional filter enabled

  • See nearby cams side by side so you can focus on the stretch of coast you'll be surfing and lock in to where is working best
  • See a regional report pasted on your homepage. We'll display a little note called "today's headline" summarising the written report. The note we show is for the first spot on your favorites list. Reorder your favorites list so these changes improve your login experience.
  • From the homepage, you can only select one region. From the Favorites tab, you can select multiple regions

- How to disable regional filters

  • Hit All in the top left of the screen to see everything.
  • You won't see a regional report
