Type in the email account associated with your Surfline account. An email will be sent to your email inbox with a link to reset your password.
Note: if you're logged in to the account when you hit the Forgot Password link, you'll be redirected to our homepage. Log out and click it again to access the Forgot Password page.
If the Password Reset email isn't arriving in your inbox, contact our support team for further assistance by submitting a ticket and selecting the Account Assistance Request Type. They'll get back to you ASAP with a temporary password to regain access to your account.
