How do I export Sessions to Strava?

Note: At this time, only Sessions recorded with the Surfline Watch App can be exported to Strava.
How do I import surf data from Strava to Surfline?
Once you've connected your Surfline and Strava accounts, any surf activities recorded in Strava should automatically sync over to your recorded Sessions in the Surfline app.
Will I get clips of my waves?
No. Because Strava supports a wide range of GPS devices, we can’t guarantee the accuracy needed to generate wave clips.
So what’s the benefit right now?
This integration helps track your surf scores and gives us useful data about the types of conditions you’re targeting.
Will clips ever be possible?
If we see strong adoption, we may explore validating GPS data from Strava devices that are accurate enough for clip processing.
What should I do?
We recommend getting in the habit of logging your surf sessions with Strava and syncing them over to Surfline so we can continue building on this feature.
