To delete your account
Write to support@surfline.com from the email address connected to the account and ask for a human agent.
Our AI agent cannot delete your account for you, yet.
To delete your credit card information
You don't need to delete your account in order to remove your credit card information from Surfline.
You can delete cards on the website, here: https://www.surfline.com/account/subscription
If you pay via the app store we don't store any billing information on Surfline.
Just ask for a human who can do that manually.
I don't have access to the email address on my account
We can only delete your account if the reqeust is sent from email address on the account.
A support agent may consider deleting an account where the request comes from a different address in the case the account being deleted held a Premium subscription, and you are able to provide some billing information that verifies account ownership.
I have an active subscription
You cannot delete an account with an active paid subscription.
Cancel the subscription and let it expire.
Once Premium has expired, write to support@surfline.com from the email address connected to the account and ask for a human agent.
Is there antother way to do this?
Only via the iOS app: (Account > Manage Account). You can delete your account with the click of a button.
