How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, submit a request through the website.

Note: you cannot delete an account with an active paid subscription. Cancel the subscription and let it expire before deleting the account.

Or email customer support at from the email address connected with the Surfline account. We will be able process your request within 7 business days. 

Or through the app (Account > Manage Account), you can delete your account with the click of a button.
