Important notes
- If your membership was purchased through the Surfline app, please head to your iTunes/Apple ID or Google Play account to request a refund.
- If you cancel the auto-renewal on your account, this does not generate a refund. You will have Premium access for the remainder of the membership term.
- Refunds must be requested directly from Surfline Support, Apple or Google Play.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
How can I request a refund?
If charged by Apple or Google Play, follow the instructions in the relevant link below:
If charged by Surfline, inquire about receiving a refund, email support@surfline.com or submit a request with the Request Type: Billing Assistance. Include the following information:
- Name on Account
- Email Address on Account
- Type of Credit Card billed (Visa, MasterCard, etc)
- The last 4 digits on Credit Card billed
- Most Recent Date billed
A screenshot of your bank statement with the charge or a copy of your email receipt can expedite the process of receiving your refund.
