Paid through Apple but still not Premium?

Have you just purchased your Premium membership through the app and your iTunes account, but still can't access Premium? Please follow the steps prompted by iTunes to restore your account. 

On your phone, in the Surfline app, please go to your Account. Your Account can be accessed by tapping on the person icon in the lower righthand corner of the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Restore iTunes Subscription:
