Missing favourites?

We’ve added the favourites you had saved to your Magicseaweed account to your new Surfline account.

If you already had an account registered with Surfline, your favourites were not migrated over.

If you can’t find a spot forecast you used on Magicseaweed, it is probably due to one of the below reasons.

  • You’re logged in to the wrong Surfline account

  • The spot is named differently on Surfline

  • The spot isn’t on Surfline

You might be logged in to the wrong Surfline account. The Magicseaweed account you were using may be under a different email address that belongs to you. Check any other email accounts you have to find instructions to access another migrated account that likely has your full list of spots.

The same spot might be named differently on Surfline. If you know where the spot sits geographically, use Surfline’s surf spot map to locate it. If you know where the spot is by region, use the Cams & Forecasts dropdown menu to determine the continent, country, region and area. Let support@surfline.com know if you have any feedback to share.

Potentially, the spot wasn’t added from Magicseaweed. But this would only be true for a small number of cases. Write in to support@surfline.com and let us know your thoughts on the decision.

If you have any questions or need help finding the right account write to support@surfline.com.
