Surf Park Sessions - Customer Support

I’m unable to sync my band. What do I do?

If you are unable to activate your band, you should contact the park staff directly. They will either issue a new band or assist with activation.

NOTE: The band must be activated on the same day as your session. We highly recommend activating your band prior to your session. This will ensure your videos sync to your account.

My Sessions feed is empty, but I should have videos. What do I do?

If you did not wear your band throughout your session, you will not be able to reconcile videos to your account.

If you did wear your band, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure to activate by scanning the band QR code which will prompt you to log in to your account. The QR code will be located on a tag or under the face of the band.

  2. You must log in when prompted to successfully activate the band.

  3. If the above steps have been completed and your feed is still empty, you should contact the park staff directly to troubleshoot.

NOTE: The band must be activated on the same day as your session. We highly recommend activating your band prior to your session. This will ensure your videos sync to your account.

How do I edit, organize or delete my videos?

Currently there are no features available to edit, organize or delete your videos within the app. If you’re looking to delete your account, please reach out to the park staff directly.

Can I post my videos to my social media?

You are able to share session videos that we make available for download. In addition to other rights and obligations set forth in the Terms of Use, if you share session videos, you must be able to edit or delete the content promptly upon our request. Feel free to tag us in any epic footage you share!

Why are another person’s videos on my feed?

This issue is likely caused by a mix-up of activated bands. Reach out to the park staff to resolve this.
