How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, submit a request through the website.

Note: you cannot delete an account with an active paid subscription. Cancel the subscription and let it expire before deleting the account.

Or email customer support at support@surfline.com from the email address connected with the Surfline account. We will be able process your request within 7 business days. 

Or through the app (Account > Manage Account), you can delete your account with the click of a button.
