If you want to change your subscription type from annual to monthly – or monthly to annual, please head to Surfline.com/account/subscription to first check your current Premium subscription type.
You can only change your Surfline subscription type once your current Premium subscription (monthly or annual) has expired. Changes to active subscriptions cannot be made.
If you have subscribed through surfline.com and not through your iTunes or Google Play account, you will be able to cancel the auto-renewal on the account by clicking on the 'Cancel Surfline Subscription?' button.
Cancelling the auto-renew will set your subscription to expire at the end of the billing period. Once it has expired, you will be able to re-sign up at Surfline.com/upgrade and select a different Premium subscription type. You will not be eligible for a free trial.
iTunes and Google Play subscriptions.
If your Premium subscription is billed via the Surfline App, you will be able to change the subscription type in your iTunes or Google Play account. Any changes made will become active once the current billing period ends.
