Issues with Windows 7 and Internet Explorer

We recently upgraded our cam players to a more secure and advanced technology that meets, if not exceeds, the common standards and protocols of today's internet experience. When doing so, we soon found that users specifically on Windows 7 and Internet Explorer could not view our streams. The reasoning is that Internet Explorer does not support these new security standards. The only option from Microsoft that does support these security features and standards is a new browser called Edge, which can only be used on Windows 10. If you are a Windows 7 user, you will need to upgrade to a more modern and secure browser such as Chrome or Firefox. We are constantly working hard to maintain the highest quality standards for our products - both from a technology and security standpoint, but a fix is simply not possible as we would have to go backwards in our engineering process which would make our own products less secure and decrease performance for all of our users.
