Why am I seeing ads on my surf cams in the app?

If you have paid for Premium and you are seeing ads on your surf cams (and/or you are not seeing the full forecast), try these three steps:

1) Make sure you are signed in to the correct Premium account. Premium status will be listed underneath your email address. 






2) If it says Registered under your name, then you are signed in with the wrong email address. Sign out and sign back in again, making sure to sign in with the email address associated with your Premium subscription.

3) If you are already signed in with the email address associated with your Premium subscription, make sure your subscription is active.

To check the status of your subscription please head to the website surfline.com/account/subscription. Here you will also be able to update any payment information.
