If you are experiencing issues with your Premium Surfline account or service on our iPhone app, make sure you update to the latest version now. We regularly update our app, which includes important features, bug fixes, and improvements. This can be done manually by visiting the App Store and selecting the updates icon on the bottom right of the screen.
In order to always have the latest version of our app, also make sure you have your iPhone apps set to automatically update.
1) Go to the Settings app on your mobile device
2) Select iTunes & App Store
3) Make sure that the switch next to Updates is moved to the right and the background color is green
